Open Delivery means the consignee checks the consignment condition at the time of delivery in the presence of Delivery staff when damage is suspected. In VRL Open Delivery is not available. VRL Logistics is not responsible for the inner contents, quality, quantity, leakage, breakage, or condition of the material packed inside the consignment. Customers are advised to ensure proper packing and insurance before booking the shipment.
